Wendy V. Arelis is a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who lives in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. She was married for twenty-seven years and worked as a maternity and newborn baby nurse over the span of forty-two years.

 

   Encouraged by many to share her personal journey of overcoming life’s difficulties, Wendy embarked on the daunting task of writing. Her story is not only one of conquering crippling fear, but also of discovering her true identity and value from her relationship with Jesus Christ and her loving heavenly Father. A desire to leave a legacy for her future generations and offer hope to others who have faced similar challenges continues to motivate her.

 

    Wendy has experienced God’s healing through the traumas of childhood abuse, a troubled marriage, the ravages of cancer, betrayal, divorce and financial loss. Today, she leads individuals through inner healing ministry, teaches, speaks at conferences and contributes chapters and articles to other publications. She has served as an elder, prayer team leader, and missionary and continues to travel extensively, sharing her message of hope and restoration.
